1Looks beautiful, and is very spacious however we were without hot water for hours and then without any water from around 11pm until 9 or 10 am the next morning at which point we were back to cold water only. I flagged it to staff via text (as is protocol) pretty late on the night once I noticed it, however they didn't respond until the next morning. They sent someone to have a look, told me it would be fixed in 20 mins but it took 2 hours and two further calls. We had to use another villa next door to shower. That shower had a number of spiders in it. Breakfast was disappointing, it arrived late and cold. Wifi was poor. We asked to speak to the manager and were told they'd be in touch but that was two weeks ago. We splurged on this place, it was the most expensive place we stayed and the most disappointing. Definitely not worth the money.
